Meet your consultant

A creative eye.
An operator’s understanding.

Experience strategist · Creative director · Hospitality experience evaluator

Across more than 15 years in experiential design, hospitality, brand strategy and creative direction, Alanna has shaped concepts, environments and journeys around how people enter, understand and remember them.

Her approach combines direct observation, human-centered design and neuroaesthetic principles with a central question: do people feel seen, welcomed and able to participate? She examines the sensory details, service interactions and cultural cues that shape belonging—from arrival to departure.

Having held and shaped spaces of her own over the years, she understands what it asks of the people behind them. That lived perspective deepens her commitment to helping others care for their spaces, projects and experiences—keeping valued efforts aligned with the impact they hope to make and the goals they need to serve.

The premise

A strong property or offering can lose value in the distance between what it promises, what people encounter and what a team can consistently deliver.

The atmosphere, welcome, transitions and opportunities to participate all shape that experience. I look at where the concept comes through clearly, where friction appears and what could help people feel more connected to the space.

The approach

From observation
to execution.

Experience & Atmospheric Execution brings a consistent method to the human layer of a space. Observation becomes an experience map, priority recommendations and a practical Experience Workbook teams can return to as the experience evolves.

01Visual study of a hospitality arrival space

Experience review

Examine the complete guest, participant or artist journey through an evidence-led framework.

02Materials supporting experience analysis

Experience analysis

Turn observations, reviews and team input into findings teams can understand and act upon.

03Atmospheric details in a designed interior

Atmospheric execution

Connect the concept, spatial intention, sensory cues and operational delivery within the lived experience.

04Workbook and materials for team alignment

Training & continuity

Use the Workbook to transfer understanding, align teams and carry the space’s intentions forward.

The Experience Workbook

One method.
Practical tools.

The Workbook makes the findings usable: what people encounter, what supports the experience, where friction appears and which changes deserve attention first.

A tailored engagement adapts the findings and recommendations to the agreed brief. The wider toolkit supports observation, synthesis, presentation and team alignment.

The method in practice

An illustrative journey from the space’s intention to what a person encounters—and what the team can do with those findings.
